Schedule a complimentary facial consultation at any time with our R.N. or Aesthetician. You will receive a cleansing of the skin, full facial evaluation, recommendations for skin care and even receive samples of our medical grade skin care, element™. Our knowledgeable staff will create a clinical regime as well as an at-home routine to help meet your specific desired results.

We also have evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays and offer private spa parties.

Med Spa Parties

Host a Med Spa Party and receive your facial treatment free. Or come to our monthly “Ladies Afternoon at the Spa” party and receive up to 30% off or more on any Med Spa service.* Botox is only $10.00 per unit. And when you purchase any package of Pain Free Laser Hair Removal, you receive your first one FREE! Suellen Scheiner, R.N.

Suellen Scheiner R.N. is a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Maryland. She graduated in 1996 from Beebe School of Nursing in Lewes, Delaware. In 2007, she opened O’Leigh Cosmetic Center’s MedSpa to offer non-surgical skin rejuvenation procedures and to introduce her private skin care line - element. Suellen offers skin care evaluations, performs rejuvenation treatments, and coordinates private MedSpa parties. She takes pride in providing the highest level of care to her clients with the latest in skin care technology. She resides in Cecil County, Maryland with her three children and her husband, Dr. Marc Scheiner.

Sharon Rogers L.M.A.

Sharon Rogers L.M.A. is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician. She received her training in Delaware and is licensed in the State of Maryland. As a member of the O’Leigh MedSpa team, she provides professional skin care consultations and performs skin rejuvenation treatments using the latest in technology. Sharon has been an integral part in launching O’Leigh MedSpa and takes pride in delivering state-of-the-art care that our clients expect and deserve. She lives in Cecil County Maryland with her husband and son.

All surgical procedures are provided on-site in our fully certified and accredited Upper Bay Surgical Center. To obtain the absolute highest level of safety, our operating facilities are accredited by AAAHC. AAAHC accreditation is a voluntary process that symbolizes our commitment to providing high-quality health care by ensuring that our services are in compliance with nationally recognized standards. Our surgical suites are staffed by board certified anesthesiologists, registered nurses and operating room technicians. The process of scheduling, pre-operative testing, actual procedure, and recovery is a smooth, well-orchestrated series of events.
